What we receive
What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.
How we use it
Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
Your counseling records
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.
This site
The call about fit is booked through a link to our own booking page, which has its own privacy notice. If you use our portal for the intake form, the portal has its own privacy notice too.
How to ask for deletion
Write to hello@juniperdoorcounseling.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
